Our Draw 7 Winner, a delightful surprise for Adam!

Congratulations to Adam from Quakers Hill in NSW who was stunned when our Sunshine Lottery team shared the news that he won Draw 7 – a Mitsubishi Pajero Sport GSR, $30,000 CASH and a $2,000 fuel voucher. 

Adam wasn’t overly profit-driven when it came to his lottery choices. He always approached buying a lottery ticket as the ‘good’ done with the money, and only the slightest chance at getting something back.

In fact, he’d forgotten about his Sunshine Lottery ticket purchase and wasn’t aware what day the prize was drawn. When our Sunshine Lottery team tried calling Adam, he was driving, didn’t recognise the number, letting it go to voicemail. 

Eventually our Sunshine Lottery team were able to reach Adam informing him of the great news. He had won a rugged Mitsubishi Pajero Sport, a $2,000 fuel voucher, plus, to top it off a cool $30,000 to spend on whatever he wishes! 

“You won a $2,000 fuel voucher?” His wife only heard the last part of the conversation. Adam said to her, “No, that’s not all. We’ve won a car and 30 grand in cash!” It took some time for the great news to sink in. “People like us don’t win!”’ 

Well, they do!  In fact, for our lucky Sunshine Lottery winning ticket holder - the timing couldn’t be perfect. Adam needed a new car, and the additional money was an extra blessing to help their family at this time. 

In each and every Sunshine Lottery draw, there is always a winner; a real person, just like Adam.
